The Golden Goddess does not issue refunds. Credits and/or exchanges can be issued for extenuating circumstances. Credits and exchanges do not include shipping and handling fee.

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 24-48 hours upon package arrival, and you will receive a replacement package at no additional charge. Please send clear images of the outside of the package and the damaged products.
